Trainer Support: Your trainer is available outside of class time to answer questions and help support each camper

M/Th/Sat 5:30 p.m. -6:30 p.m. & Staturday 8:00-9:00 a.m. Location: Evangelical Church of Christ, 33 S. Ellis, Cape Girardeau, MO  63701

As always, even though you sign up for a certain timeslot, you’re welcome to mix and match your times to suit your schedule if need be.
